Why this project exists
Many organisations make decisions about people on impressions: rare reviews, mandatory courses tracked on paper and financial figures kept apart from HR data. Performar brings everything into one place, so people's wellbeing and company results can be seen together.
The problem
For a small or medium company, validated assessment tools, course management and KPI calculation are usually split across several expensive programs — or missing altogether. The result: slow decisions and team investments made by guesswork.
How technology helps
Each role has its own dashboard: the institution sees governance and KPIs across all companies, the company sees assessment reports and team training, the employee completes questionnaires, courses and goals. Questionnaires use weighted items and control questions that check the reliability of answers.
