Why this project exists
Many offices, rooms and warehouses sit empty for much of the week, while small businesses, professionals and organisations struggle to find a space for just a few hours or days. Wollakee connects the two — so space is used better and costs fall for everyone.
The problem
Renting a space usually means long contracts and high costs. For a start-up that needs a meeting room for an afternoon, an association organising a workshop or a craftsman who needs storage for a month, the traditional market simply doesn't fit.
How technology helps
You search by city, type of space and duration, compare photos, maps, equipment and reviews, and book instantly or on request. Owners set availability, prices and rules; payments are protected and listings are moderated before going live.
