Why this project exists
Everything the Foundation does in education — courses, digital platforms, professional training — leads naturally to a larger goal: a university in Iași that combines Romania's academic tradition with digital learning and international openness.
The problem
Many students cannot move to study, many workers cannot stop working to get a degree, and too few universities are designed from the start for online and hybrid study. At the same time, AI is changing every profession faster than curricula change.
How technology helps
The university is planned with three ways to study — on campus in Iași, online from anywhere and hybrid — a Digital Campus with live classes, video lessons, virtual labs and an AI tutor, and programmes in English and Romanian, with support in five languages.
What it does
Twelve planned faculties
From Medicine and Health Sciences to Computer Science & AI, Engineering, Economics, Law, Psychology and International Relations.
On campus, online, hybrid
Each programme is designed for its mode of study from the start.
Digital Campus
Live classes, video lessons, digital library, virtual laboratories and progress tracking.
Responsible AI
An AI tutor grounded in course material; academics design, teach and assess every course.
International
Programmes in English and Romanian, support in Italian, French and German.
Iași
A historic university city, home to Romania's first modern university.
