02What data we process
Data you send us through the contact, proposal and information forms (name, email, organisation, message); data needed to conclude and execute donation and sponsorship contracts (identification data, contact data, bank details, amounts); technical data necessary to deliver the website (IP address, browser, date and time of the request).
03Purposes and legal bases
Answering your messages and proposals — your consent and our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR); concluding and executing donation and sponsorship contracts — contract (art. 6(1)(b)); keeping accounting and tax records — legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)); website security and operation — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
04Recipients
Our hosting provider Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited), acting as processor; accountants, auditors and public authorities when required by law; banks, for payments. We do not sell personal data.
05Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
06How long we keep data
Messages and proposals: up to 24 months after the last contact; contracts and accounting documents: for the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law; technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, normally not more than 30 days.
07Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. 08Minors
The website is not directed at children under 16. Donation and sponsorship contracts are concluded only by persons with full legal capacity.
09Automated decisions
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not use profiling.
