Which contract is right for you?
- For companies
Classic sponsorship
The company supports the Foundation with money from its own funds, under Law no. 32/1994 on sponsorship.

Sponsorship by redirecting profit tax
The company redirects part of the profit tax it owes to the State to the Foundation, using Form 177. The amount is paid by ANAF, not from the company's account.
The Foundation's registration in ANAF's register of entities eligible for tax deductions is being verified. Please contact us before using this model.

Donation from a private individual
A person donates a sum of money to the Foundation, under the Civil Code. For amounts above 25,000 lei, or for real estate and company shares, the contract is signed before a notary.

We send you the donation agreement; you read it and sign it.
Make the transfer
Transfer to the Foundation's bank account using the payment reference of your destination.

Donations other than money — such as company quotas, securities, goods or real estate — are agreed case by case and formalised with the help of a notary and professional advisers. Their legal and tax treatment is assessed for each case; we make no claim about it in advance.
